Traca Savadogo is deeply committed to helping others live their best life. She takes an unflinching look at what’s blocking us–from trauma to anxiety, and the dreaded ‘impostor syndrome’. With a curiosity driven growth-mindset, Traca leads people to move toward their discomfort and address difficult change.
Her Tedx speech, Why You Should Talk Regularly with Strangers, has had a profound impact on bringing people together and to date, it has been translated into 15 languages. Traca is also an advocate for the transformative power of connection at work, and has spoken at Amazon, Microsoft, and NYU.
Founder and CEO of Tall Poppy Consulting, Traca raised the public profiles for clients such as: celebrity chefs, Olympic athletes, leading authors, and Fortune 100 executive coaches. As an advocate for lifting the taboo around money, she launched the Money Mindset series with Capital One and created the series Women and Negotiation: Unlock Your Power in partnership with the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Together, she has helped her clients negotiate over $4 Million in salary bumps, equity, and maternity policy revisions.
